This fountain is built to open. So every part that touches water is visible, within reach, and stays fresh.
Water moves from tank to tray through a single kit, where a magnetic field spins the impeller inside the tube to draw it upward.
The kit and filter are both replaceable, so the part that moves water inside your fountain is always fresh.

FAQ
Here are some of the most frequently asked questions from our pet parents
Why do you call Pet Fountain Elfin a pumpless fountain?
‘Pumpless’ in the context of our fountain refers to the elimination of a conventional submerged pump, which is a common source of noise and maintenance hassle in traditional pet fountains. Instead, we use a magnetically driven impeller. This innovative design simplifies cleaning, reduces noise, and enhances the safety of the water your pets drink. By rethinking the way water is circulated, we've managed to keep the benefits of a pump—like water movement and filtration—without the usual complications.
What is the Replacement Kit? Is it necessary?
Yes. The Replacement Kit is a consumable part of your fountain, just like the filter. It is the internal component that moves water from the tank to the tray. Because it is in constant contact with water, it needs to be replaced every 3 months to ensure the water path stays fresh.
How often do I need to change the filter?
We recommend changing the filter every 3-4 weeks to ensure optimal performance and maintain the highest quality of water for your pets. Additionally, the filter life indicator on the Pet Fountain Elfin will turn solid orange to remind you when it's time to change the filter.
How often do you recommend cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin ?
We recommend cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin once a week. Cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin is not like a chore. All you need to do is take the water tank away from the base, disassemble the parts, and rinse them to clean. It's as easy as a breath, and there's no pump to worry about!
Can I directly wash it in the dishwasher?
Most parts of the Cheerble Pet Fountain are dishwasher safe. The water tray, filter layer, and water tank of the E1 Lite can all be placed in the dishwasher. The stainless steel trays of the Elfin E1S, E1+ and D1 Pro models are also dishwasher safe. For other components, please disassemble them and wash by hand to ensure they stay in optimal condition.
