We recommend changing the filter every 3-4 weeks to ensure optimal performance and maintain the highest quality of water for your pets. Additionally, the filter life indicator on the Cheerble Pet Fountain will turn solid orange to remind you when it's time to change the filter.
How often do you recommend cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+?
We recommend cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ once a week. However, cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ is not like a chore. All you need to do is take the water tank away from the base, disassemble the parts (the water tray, the tank, the conduit, and the impeller), and rinse and scrub them to clean. It's as easy as a breath, and there's no pump to worry about!
Can I use the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ while keeping it plugged in?
Yes, you can. We provide both options: wired and wireless usage for the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+. For its wired use, we also feature a downward-facing charging port design to prevent any possibility of electricity leakage.
Can I wash it directly in the dishwasher?
Most parts of the Cheerble Pet Fountain are dishwasher safe. The stainless steel trays of the E1+ are dishwasher safe. For other components, please disassemble them and wash by hand to ensure they stay in optimal condition.
What is the Replacement Kit? Is it necessary?
No, it is not a necessity for regular maintenance. The Replacement Kit is an optional choice for pet parents wanting the best results. For routine care, simply rinse the water conduit and the impeller during each fountain cleaning.
