What is Wicked Ball Air Care?
Wicked Ball Air Care is a digital service for eligible damage to the outer shell during normal use. It allows up to four approved requests in 12 months, one shell per request, with separate delivery charges.
Does Care include a toy or an extra shell?
No. This Care-only purchase has no upfront physical shipment. The Wicked Ball Air Care Bundle includes the toy, one extra shell and Care. Its spare part is separate from the four-request allowance.
What does Care cover?
Eligible damage to the replaceable outer shell on Wicked Ball Air during normal, supervised use. Send clear photos for review. Cosmetic marks that do not affect use, pre-existing damage, loss and deliberately caused damage are excluded.
Does Care cover the electronic core?
No. The core and battery are not included in Care. Product support for those parts is separate. This service is specific to Wicked Ball Air.
How many replacement shells can I receive?
Up to four approved requests during the 12-month period. Each request provides one shell, subject to the unused allowance. They are requested separately when eligible damage occurs, rather than delivered upfront.
Are replacement shells free?
The approved shell has a $0 item charge. US shipping is US$5 per request. For other eligible destinations, contact support for the destination-based shipping rate before buying Care. Applicable taxes are separate. Ordinary order free-shipping promotions do not remove this delivery fee.
When does my coverage start and expire?
Care starts on the payment date of the Care order and lasts 12 months. If included in a Bundle, it starts when that Bundle order is paid. Contact support during this period with your order details.
Can I buy Care for a Wicked Ball Air I already own?
Before buying Care separately for an existing toy, contact support@cheerble.com with the toy’s original order details to confirm the product and eligibility. Damage already present before Care is purchased is not included.
How do I request a replacement?
Email support@cheerble.com with your Care purchase order number, the order email and clear damage photos. Include a Care Code if you already have one; order details are sufficient to contact us. Support will review the request and confirm the applicable shipping and payment instructions.
Where can replacement shells be delivered?
Worldwide, excluding Africa and South America. US shipping is US$5 per request. For other eligible destinations, contact support for the destination-based shipping rate before buying Care. Applicable taxes are separate.
Can I choose a replacement color?
Ask support about compatible colors available for Wicked Ball Air Shell. Royal Blue and Bright Orange are subject to stock; another model’s parts cannot be substituted.
How long is my replacement checkout link valid?
If support provides a payment link, use the deadline stated in that message. If a link has expired or you need help completing payment, contact support with your order details before submitting another request.
Where can I find my Care Code?
If you already have a Care Code, include it when emailing support. If not, send the original order number and order email to support@cheerble.com; you do not need to wait for a Code to contact us.
