Amazing

Our puppy is loving this!

First, we accidentally bought rhe big wicked ball. Customer service told me to keep it and sent us the SE ball which is the perfect size for our puppy /med sized dog. We first gave it to her without turning it on so she could just see it's a normal ball. Then when we turned it on she played with it non stop, tossing it up, running after it. We won't let her have it unsupervised because it probably can't take any heavy chewing but it's a great toy. Thank you so much for the generous customer service and quick shipping.

Little pup was afraid of the bigger one (the Air model) because it made too much noise. This one however is perfect for him he loves the color he loves the size and he is not afraid of it.

My dog likes to play outside wt balls. Is it durable enough for outside

Not sure why it wouldn't be durable enough for outside use, though I only use the PE & regular wicked balls for inside entertainment. But note that the balls are not for throwing, they roll & jump on a solid surface. So I’m also not sure how well it would function on grass, you’d probably want to use it on a patio, deck or driveway. I’d want to avoid letting it fall off a deck onto a hard surface. I would definitely not use it outside in wet weather or near puddles — gotta imagine that would be bad for the electronics.

There is a small hole in the middle of the “control panel” — the circle with the bone relief where you turn it on and off/change modes. You must use the pin-type charge cord that comes with the ball, it doesn’t use a USB micro like the original wicked ball.
