Elfin E1: A 2 L pumpless fountain powered from an external supply, with Smart and Timer modes.
Elfin E1+: Adds a rechargeable battery for cordless use and a stainless-steel water tray.
Both include a filter, USB-C cable and power adapter. The plug selection changes the supplied adapter, not the fountain.
This selects the plug on the included power adapter. The fountain itself is the same.

Contact Cheerble within 60 calendar days after delivery to request a qualifying return or replacement. Approval and the policy’s conditions apply. Keep proof of purchase, original accessories and packaging; contact support before sending anything back.

The main unit has a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. Wear, misuse and accidental damage are excluded. Battery and accessory coverage have separate terms; local consumer rights still apply.

Know how the water flows.
Use the charged battery for cordless placement, or the included adapter and USB-C cable to power and charge Elfin E1+.
- Smart mode The pet sensor triggers a 20-second flow. After a period without pet activity, dispensing frequency increases to attract attention.
- Timer mode Water runs for 20 seconds every 15 minutes. Neither mode provides a constant stream.
- Filter care One filter is included. We recommend replacing it every 3–4 weeks. Additional filters are sold in packs.
- Placement and cleaning Keep the base dry. Only the stainless-steel tray is dishwasher-safe.

What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned or replaced within 60 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us.
How long will it take to get my orders?
