My cats love this toy! It’s great quality and they never get bored of it. On top of that, their customer service was fantastic. The postal service lost my package and cheerble helped me sort the issue and replaced it for me. Hello! I have a chihuahua, she is less 6lb. Which ball would you recommend? I was thinking I should buy a cat-ball but I am not sure if it is suitable. I am afraid SE ball might be too big. Thank you in advance

Hello! Thank you for your question. Based on your chihuahua's weight, we would still recommend the Wicked Ball SE for her. To help your dog become comfortable with the ball, we recommend that you do not turn on the Wicked Ball SE or select the Purple/Gentle Mode during the first several sessions of play. This will allow your dog to become familiar with the ball without feeling overwhelmed by its movements or sounds. Once your chihuahua is more comfortable with the ball, you can then turn it on or switch to the other modes. The Ice Cream ball (or Cheerble Ball M2) might be an alternative in your case, but it is not bite-resistant. If your dog likes to chew, it may not hold up for long-term use. Our cats love their Cheerble ball; however, we have had to stop turning it on because it has stopped rotating through its functions and only changes to the red light and bounces. We have tried turning it on and off again and putting it back on the charger but it does not reset. Is there anything we can do to get it to stop only bouncing? Thanks!
