Keep Elfin E1 Lite connected to a suitable USB power adapter during use.
- Placement and power Place the fountain on a level, stable surface. Keep the base dry and protect the USB power cord from pets.
- Cleaning Unplug before disassembly or cleaning. Do not wash the base; wipe it with a soft, slightly damp sponge. The base, water conduit and impeller must not go in the dishwasher.
- Filter care Soak and rinse a new filter before installation. Replace it every 2–3 weeks depending on water quality and use, then reset the filter timer while the fountain is connected to power.

What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned or replaced within 60 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us.
How long will it take to get my orders?
