2. How often do you recommend cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+?

We recommend cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ once a week. However, cleaning the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ is not like a chore. All you need to do is take the water tank away from the base, disassemble the parts (the water tray, the tank, the conduit, and the impeller), and rinse and scrub them to clean. It's as easy as a breath, and there's no pump to worry about!

3. Can I use the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ for my dog?

Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ is primarily designed for cats, with a water capacity of 2L (0.52 gallons). If you need to use it for a dog, it may be more suitable for small or medium breeds due to its size.

4. Can I use the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ while keeping it plugged in?

Yes, you can. We provide both options: wired and wireless usage for the Pet Fountain Elfin E1+. For its wired use, we also feature a downward-facing charging port design to prevent any possibility of electricity leakage.

5. Can I directly wash it in the dishwasher?

No, we do not recommend washing the entire Pet Fountain Elfin E1+ in the dishwasher. However, the water tray is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe. For the other parts, please disassemble them and wash by hand to ensure they remain in good condition.
