The main unit has a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. Wear, misuse and accidental damage are excluded. Battery and accessory coverage have separate terms; local consumer rights still apply.

Approved replacement price is $0; US shipping is US$5 per request, plus any tax. Other eligible destinations require a shipping quote before purchase. Regular free-shipping offers do not remove this fee. Replacement delivery is worldwide, excluding Africa and South America. Submit your order details and clear damage photos for review, with a Care Code if one has been issued.

How It Works

1. Rotate counterclockwise to open the outer shell.

2. Press and hold for 3 seconds; short press to switch modes.

3. Put the core in. Align it with the slot, and make sure the side groove is properly lined up before fully inserting.

4. Short press twice to turn on / off the sound.

5. Rotate clockwise to close the outer shell. When you hear the "click, click" sound, it's well closed.

6. Tap the Wicked Ball Rolly or wait 5 seconds to activate.
