The main unit has a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. Wear, misuse and accidental damage are excluded. Battery and accessory coverage have separate terms; local consumer rights still apply.

Wireless D1 Pro can run from its charged battery or an external power source. Wired D1 needs an external power source.
The specifications below are for D1 Pro (Wireless). For D1 (Wired), read the matching manual below.
- Water-flow modes Both models have Timer and Continuous modes. Wireless D1 Pro also has Smart mode. Continuous mode requires external power.
- Timer mode Water flows for 20 seconds every 15 minutes. D1 Pro Smart mode provides a 60-second flow when a pet is detected.
- Filter care Soak the filter in clean water for one minute and rinse before installation. Replace it every 2-3 weeks.
- Placement and cleaning Keep the base dry. Only the stainless-steel water tray is dishwasher-safe.

What is your return policy?
